Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the Chief of the Theater Programming Branch and works under the general direction of the division chief in the Headquarters US European Command (HQ EUCOM). Responsibilities Provide broad administrative direction and outlines general guidance on mission and program concepts.
