SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Total Force Management (TFM) (N1), Business Management (N13), TFM Budget Analysis (N13B1), Norfolk, VA of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. Responsibilities You will provide comprehensive business management services integrating people, processes, and technology. You will perform budget planning and execution, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) coordination and completion, and contraction and administrative support for the ashore and afloat workforce. You will perform metric analysis for the afloat workforce. You will direct work that includes CONUS and OCONUS pre-solicitation phase of forecasting requirements.
