SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Weapon Systems Management Center of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of logistics and IT professionals by assigning work, managing performance, developing employees, and overseeing contractor support to accomplish sustainment and organizational objectives. You will develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports that provide data-driven insights to improve weapon system readiness and logistics operations. You will manage GCSS-MC, the Marine Corps Data Repository (MDR), SharePoint, and related systems to ensure data integrity, governance, and effective information sharing.
