SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY (SUPERVISORY PROJECT PLANNER - PDC3 CONUS)

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Project Planner - PDC3-CONUS, in the Planning Design & Construction Directorate of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic. These positions may be filled by NAVFAC employees at any of the locations shown above. Responsibilities You will serve as a specialist in data analytics, metrics and NAVFAC E-Systems used to manage PDC workload, labor, and staffing. You will supervise staff in specific tasks, providing guidance and instruction on a project or portfolio of projects, and giving on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring employees with variable experience levels.
