Summary About the Position: Serves as the Resident Engineer overseeing U.S. and Host Nation construction projects, manages field office operations, and supervises a team ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination with stakeholders. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
