Summary This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Engineering & Construction Division (ECD), under the Director of Engineering and Architecture Division (EAD). The incumbent will be responsible for master planning, requirements gathering, project development, scoping, estimating, and managing project.
