Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 6th Force Support Squadron, MacDill AFB, FL. Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Serves as a first level supervisor for non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) positions from NF-II/NAF-III. Advice and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures and management directives. Responsibilities Identifies employee developmental needs and provides or arrange for training (formal and on-the-job) to maintain and improve job performance. Approves master leave schedule assuring adequate coverage for peak workloads and traditional holiday vacation time. Maintains, reconciles and closes accounts involving a variety of transactions. Provides accounting assistance to the Resource Manager and activity managers regarding proper accounting as well as reporting procedures and the development, review and analysis of quarterly and annual NAF and APF financial data.
