Plans, directs and supervises all unit warehousing activities, including bare item receiving, packaging, stowing, and issues with depot mission support controls for container manufacturing and reclamation. Serves as the depot focal point for the continuous improvement of material accountability, control, and stewardship of inventory assets handled by the depot, customer support and special projects. Resolves budget shortages, plans for long-range staffing and plans for and adjusts work operations of a sizable workforce to meet changing mission needs.
