Coordinates supply, maintenance, procurement, contract surveillance, transportation, inventory management, quality assurance, facilities and property management, production control, safety, security, and disposal functions. Serves as the primary technical authority and subject matter expert on supply, storage, and distribution operations, interpreting higher level DoD and inter service guidance and developing local operating instructions and procedures. Coordinates team efforts to ensure effective interaction among branch operations, plans workflow and schedules, and resolves operational deficiencies including equipment issues, workflow problems, and receipt discrepancies.
