Supervisory Computer Assisted Ordering Technician

Summary About the Position: This position is with the Defense Commissary Agency, Ramstein Commissary located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Responsibilities Perform as a first line supervisor for the Computer Assisted Ordering Technician Evaluates stock levels of all Computer Assisted Ordering categories daily, by physically reviewing the storage and display shelf locations, shippers and warehouse. Maintains the Computer Assisted Ordering system with current, accurate data to ensure optimal order quantities are calculated necessary to sustain customer demands. Processes requests for customer special orders; monitors paperwork and ensures product is ordered in a timely manner, keeps in contact with customer to advise on status and ensures product is ready for pickup.
