Handle the management of coffeeshop overall work flow and maintain its standard of operation. Able to plan duty roster for workers Hands on making coffee skills preferred. Monitoring of daily sales and report to manager Able to handle customer complains and daily issues. MUST be able to work in shift and weekend Customer services oriented Able to work in fast pace working environment Able to work independently
