The Supervisor, Registration & Patient Information performs a leadership role in Health Information Management & reports directly to the Manager, Registration, Switchboard & Patient Information - EDM Zone. The position is responsible for management of Registration, Switchboard, & Information Desk providing the direction, leadership, & organization over activities of the area & ensuring the collection of accurate demographic & financial information for patients, presenting at various entry points of the health system in compliance with Provincial Registration Standards & Practices. The position has oversight responsibility for all operational aspects of the department and acts as a resource for the facility regarding registration & identity management practices & compliance with legislative & regulatory requirements.
