Supervisor – Rifle Sight Assembly Team
We have an immediate need for a Supervisor to join our Rifle Sight Assembly Team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting the Sr. Supervisor, Rifle Sight Assembly. The Supervisor will support Raytheon ELCAN CORE methodologies and Operating systems (KPI’s); People, Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost. The Supervisor will require a level of technical competency to apply a required percentage of touch labour on a daily basis. The Supervisor will have performance management as well as employee development responsibilities.
