Breight Group is seeking experienced SMP Supervisors to join our project delivery division. This is a permanent, full-time role offering exposure to a pipeline of SMP projects across multiple contracts.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate all SMP activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, while guiding and developing your team.
This role is perfect for a technically skilled and proactive supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and has a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and project excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and control SMP activities on assigned projects.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, health, environmental, design, and quality standards.
- Supervise teams to achieve production and completion targets.
