Supervisor, Operations Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic first-shift leader to oversee production activities and drive operational success. The ideal candidate will provide coaching, resolve issues effectively, and support the day-to-day operations of assigned manufacturing production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

This position will ensure all production activities align with L3Harris business objectives and are executed in accordance with company policies and established standards of practice. Will support and facilitate the daily operations of assigned manufacturing production lines.

Essential Functions:
