Job Description Summary

The Supervisor, Manufacturing Technician is responsible for leading and overseeing daily manufacturing, assembly, and production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of high-quality products. This role provides hands‑on leadership to a team of Manufacturing Technicians and Operators while driving production performance, workforce effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent is accountable for coordinating production schedules, equipment readiness, process optimization, and quality standards to meet business objectives and customer demand.
