About The Role
This person plays a front‑line supervisor role focused on leadership and accountability. They oversee a team of skilled technicians, directing the development and implementation of activities to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives. They prioritize schedules based on product introduction, resource availability, and material supply. They are accountable for direct and indirect labor and develop schedules and resource requirements for assigned areas.
