Key Responsibilities
Manage and Lead shift workers to meet manufacturing KPIs. Assist the Production Manager in managing and executing production operations. Lead a group of senior technicians and operators to ensure that production lines run without any problems, with zero operation execution failure, minimize unplanned downtime, and ensure products are manufactured to a required quality standard and comply with customer/safety/industry-related regulations.
Job Summary
Supervisor with a job function plays a leadership role managing from the Test and Bagging area, ensuring efficient manpower, meeting performance, mentoring junior technicians, and working closely with supporting team engineers to optimize production and process improvements.
