Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to resolve manufacturing issues and support new product introductions (NPI).
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.
