We are seeking a results-driven Lab Supervisor to lead operations of our pouch cell pilot line within the R& D laboratory. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of cell development programs while driving process discipline, yield improvement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the pouch cell manufacturing line in the R& D lab. Plan and schedule experiments aligned with development timelines and customer requirements. Monitor process yield, quality metrics, and failure trends, driving corrective actions where needed. Oversee logistics, raw material planning, inventory control, and procurement coordination.
