Duties & Responsibilities (Quality)
o Managing and maintaining overall customer quality and internal system KPIs o Quality guarantees for products related to factory production and overseas imports o Managing long-term maintenance and development capabilities for quality competitiveness and knowledge required by clients - Role of work collaboration and communication intervention between team members and other departments o Routine AUDIT and improvement requirements tracking of outsourced partners for customer requirements (HKMC, GM) o Quality system, quality control and quality assurance LEVEL UP activities of outsourced suppliers o Continuous quality data management and on-site inspection of customer requirements of outsourced partners o New development PROJECT CFT activities and quality requirements Collaborate with other departments (development, sales, purchase, production) o Whether a process audit of a new outsourced partner and a decision on the adoption of the dev...
