Job Description
Job Purpose Supervise the end‑to‑end production process, including trim inspection, grinding, mixing, spooling, filling, packing, wrapping, and labeling of all boerewors/sausage, burgers, meatballs and other value‑added products. Output Responsible for mince, skin pack, fresh cut MAP and value‑add production process. Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures to optimize production. Deliver product according to set standards, at reasonable cost and productivity. Manage stock control (stock rotation). Ensure product meets all customer requirements – appearance, packing and labeling. Oversee hygiene standards throughout all processes and procedures. Apply correct selection criteria and quality standards for labeling. Ensure all procedures comply with legal requirements, e.g., hygiene.
