Overview

Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, technical guidance, and engagement of the Porter Technical Operations Engineering Team. This role will also require technical operational assistance, aircraft specification management, and configuration control across Porter's DHC-8-400 and E195-E2 fleets.

Responsibilities

• Work on individual projects or as part of a group in all areas of aircraft modification and repair projects for our fleet of Embraer E195-E2 and DHC-8-400 aircraft.
• Support in interfacing directly with De Havilland of Canada, Embraer, Equipment Suppliers, TCCA/ANAC, and subcontractors in support of fleet reliability, performance and safety.
• Perform on-site engineering support for aircraft repairs, modification, certification testing, etc., as required.
• Effectively communicate with our line and heavy maintenance teams and manage engineering design changes during aircraft modifications.
