This role is part of the Operations unit and focuses on leading engineering and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

- Leading and coordinating engineering and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
- Managing and developing the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Leading or supporting technical projects, hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
- Planning and executing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including shutdowns, to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and Kemira EHSQ standards.
