+ Manage the daily scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of flooring installation crews to ensure on-time project completion.
+ Assign installation crews based on project requirements, crew availability, geographic location, and skill set to maximize efficiency.
+ Coordinate with customers, property managers, warehouse operations, and installation teams to ensure materials and labor are available as scheduled.
+ Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules to address delays, emergency requests, and changing business priorities.
+ Resolve customer and installer scheduling issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Track crew productivity, work order completion, and scheduling accuracy while ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
