Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking in a leadership role as a Production Supervisor at Mondelēz International. In this position you will ensure the line team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results, maintain equipment, drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, and lead shutdown maintenance, root‑cause analysis, and loss reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team meetings to review previous shift results and plan current shift activities.
• Manage and verify staff attendance and line operation status.
• Supervise approximately 25 team members, including 19 technicians and 3 assistants.
• Ensure the proper functioning of 27 automatic machines assigned to the area.
• Coordinate the receipt and management of corrugated boxes from 14 production lines.
