+ Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others
+ Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules and expedite workflow of purchase orders
+ Train and develop employees
+ Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
+ Collaborate with branch team to grow sales
+ Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations
