Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Supervision
- Supervise daily operations of mobile crushers and mobile screening plants
- Coordinate plant start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and material flow
- Monitor production rates, throughput, coal quality, and screen sizing
- Ensure correct feeding of ROM coal and removal of oversize or contamination
- Identify and report plant inefficiencies and breakdowns
- Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
- Enforce strict compliance with MHSA, site safety rules, and procedures
- Conduct pre-start inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Ensure safe operation of mobile equipment and traffic management
- Stop unsafe work and report incidents, near misses, and hazards
- People Supervision
- Supervise operators, general workers, and contractors on shift
