Supervisor, Commercial Operations

Overview

Responsible for leading and supervising the Commercial Operations Team in delivering compliant, competitive, and timely proposals for qualified HT&P and Pigging opportunities across the APAC & IMENA regions, in alignment with TDW’s strategic objectives. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and other internal stakeholders, throughout the order lifecycle to ensure successful execution and consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the assignment of inquiries and opportunities to Commercial Operations Specialists, ensuring timely and high-quality quotations while meeting all critical deadlines. Monitor pipeline progress and drive accountability to achieve monthly targets.
