Full TimeCore Purpose and Essence of the Position: The Automation Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all e-commerce automation activities to ensure automated systems and mechanized operations are fully optimized and operating efficiently. This role oversees workload analysis, order allocation, wave management, and labor balancing recommendations to maximize throughput and productivity while meeting operational service levels. The Automation Supervisor provides first-level troubleshooting and resolution for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and automation-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability. Additionally, the role leads and develops Logistics Technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement, system performance, and operational excellence.
