- Must be a registered Chemist
- With at least 5 years of experience in water wastewater analysis
- With experience in regulatory compliance in various government agencies regulating the operations of water and wastewater laboratories (DOH, DENR, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, people, leadership, and planning skills
- Goal-oriented, analytical, intuitive, and can deliver on-time accurate results
