Superintendent - Vancouver Highrise

Axiom Builders is seeking a Superintendent to support construction management on a large-scale mixed use concrete tower and podium project at the gateway to Downtown Vancouver. This 20+ story project will have over 300 rental units, indoor and outdoor amenities, 2 levels of parkade and a variety of commercial, retail and restaurant units. This project is breaking ground any day and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and direct a field and site team to manage the overall operations, site, quality and schedule of a construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Project Manager and regularly communicate updates such as field reports, safety inspections, staffing requirements and schedule updates;
• Oversee subcontractor performance with regards to safety and scope of work;
• Ensure sufficient staffing is provided to achieve safety, schedule and quality objectives;
