Superintendent – On Site – Port Coquitlam, BC

The Superintendent is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction operations. This role ensures that projects are built in alignment with the company’s safety standards and that work is performed to the highest quality on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise the construction workforce on site.
• Plan and schedule work activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
