Superintendent – High-Rise Concrete Construction

Location: Kelowna, BC

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent on behalf of a well-established construction organization delivering complex high-rise projects in British Columbia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction leader with a strong background in concrete formwork and structural concrete. The successful candidate will take ownership of site operations, lead field teams, and play a key role in driving project success from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day site operations for a major high-rise concrete project.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Manage workforce planning and short-term construction schedules.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, trade partners, and site stakeholders.
