Job Description
The Superintendent leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and labourers. This leadership position is responsible for the day to day management of the construction site on an assigned project, executing field operations safely and in a manner consistent with Company objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide safety leadership through implementation of Bird Safety Program and monitoring of safety performance of field staff and subcontractors.
- Provide people leadership by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with field staff and subcontractors to promote positive morale.
- Supervise and develop site team members through regular feedback, training, coaching, and timely completion of performance evaluations.
