Position Details

Are you interested in doing some painting around campus? The University of Lethbridge Building Maintenance Department is looking for workers with painting and general building maintenance experience to work as Painters from May 4th, 2026 to August 28, 2026.

The duties of the position consist of:

Painting common corridors, classrooms, labs, washrooms and outdoor stair hand rails;

Furniture moving;

Housekeeping duties related to paint work;

At various times, these positions will also assist Building Maintenance Operators with office moves, event setups and any other tasks deemed necessary.

Pay Rate:
$19.22 Hourly Position Qualifications Applicants should have some commercial painting experience, including minor drywall repair and must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job which may include working at heights and moderate lifting.
