Shape the future by supervising summer students with Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. This role focuses on management and mentorship from July to August 2026.
The Summer Student Employment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Summer Student Mentored/Employment Program, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in essential workshops. You'll liaise with various departments while developing key supervisory skills, such as effective planning, organizing, and report generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help manage the Summer Student Employment Mentoring Program
• Organize workshops related to health and safety
• Assist with professional development sessions including mock interviews
• Monitor the performance of summer student employees
• Work with committees and departments within Chippewas of the Thames First Nation
Requirements:
• Must be between ages 20-30 and enrolled in post-secondary
