About the Summer Student Programme
Our 2026 Summer Student Programme offers a 3–4 month, full‑time, fixed‑term opportunity for students wanting to gain meaningful, real‑world experience at Environment Canterbury. We offer a range of placements across our organisation for tertiary students who are currently studying or have recently graduated.
About the Role
As a Digital Solutions Support Summer Student, you’ll play a key role in preparing and deploying user devices as part of our IT asset refresh program. You’ll provide exceptional customer service to Environment Canterbury employees as part of the Front Desk service and assist in managing work requests from our IT ticketing system. This role involves a high level of interaction with staff across various levels and departments to ensure the effective and efficient use of ICT tools.
