We are trying to do something genuinely hard - become the best personal finance advisor every Indian has ever had. Not a tool, not an app, not a dashboard. An advisor. The kind that actually understands your money, tells you everything you need to know about it, and helps you do something about it. We are early, we are figuring things out, and we are looking for people who want to be in the room while that happens.
We are not looking for great prior CVs, qualifications, or experience. What matters is whether you can use AI to its fullest, and then go out and do the things AI simply cannot - talk to real people, push through ambiguity, care about the problem, and get things done. Work hours are flexible; you will just have target outputs and the ownership to hit them your way.
