Our client is seeking an experienced Success Factors Manager to provide strategic leadership for the organization''s global HR technology landscape. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the long‑term Success Factors roadmap, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with business growth objectives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving governance, process optimization, and system enhancements while maintaining a centralized and scalable HR technology framework.
Current Environment
Several Success Factors modules have already been standardized, including Performance Management (annual review processes and related workflows). The organization is focused on maintaining globally consistent processes and avoiding unnecessary customization or over‑engineering for individual teams.
