Job Description

The Success Plan Manager (SPM) is the primary trusted advisor and orchestration lead for SAP Premium Engagement customers.

This role includes the strategic responsibilities of a Success Plan Manager ensuring the end-to-end success of the customer throughout the Customer Value Journey (CVJ).

The SPM drives solution adoption, value realization, and business transformation while orchestrating SAP’s global expertise, services portfolio, and partner ecosystem to deliver measurable outcomes.

The SPM acts as the single point of accountability for engagement success, ensuring that SAP services align with the customer’s strategic objectives, maximize adoption, and drive sustainable business value.

The role focuses on three core pillars of Premium Engagement success: Trusted Relationship, Accelerated Adoption, and Extended Care.
