Subsystem Technical Lead (SSTL) - Frame and Chassis Vehicle Adaptation (CVA)

In the SSTL role, the candidate will be responsible forleading the development and adherence of quality/cost/timing/function deliverables for the Frame and CVA components/systems on a given program(s). They will be responsible for the team’s on-time delivery at each milestone from concept through vehicle launch including presenting progress to management and senior leadership. Project management key process indicators (KPI's) and cost/weight/investment (C/W/I) efficiency will be utilized to monitor success. Technical oversight responsibilities include component design (FMEA), analysis (CAE), vehicle packaging (NX), model/drawing integrity (Teamcenter), Product Assurance Plan (PAP), component validation (DVP&R), change management (CN), engineering bill of material (EBOM/CODEP), build support, issue management (GIMS), fastened joint design, and assembly torque development.
