Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides services to approximately 6,100 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie/Spirit River region.

CLAIRMONT COMMUNITY SCHOOL and WHISPERING RIDGE COMMUNITY SCHOOL are seeking student‑focused Substitute Educational Assistants with Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention Training.

Substitute Educational Assistants work on an on‑call, casual basis to support students when regular staff are unavailable. They work under the supervision of a certificated teacher.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention Training
• Experience working in a classroom setting is an asset
