Substation Maintenance Leader: Power Systems

Enersense International Oy is seeking a Team Leader/Unit Manager for electrical substation maintenance in Oulu. You will lead the maintenance of substations and BESS equipment, plan activities, manage budgets, and supervise a skilled team in a dynamic energy sector environment.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, substations experience, leadership capability, and fluency in Finnish and English.
