The **Subscription Analytics & Planning Manager** will lead the financial planning and analysis process for our growing software and subscription business. As the company scales its recurring revenue model alongside its established hardware portfolio, you'll partner with brand and platform leaders to model the economics that drive the business—recurring revenue, customer lifetime value, and unit economics—and deliver the analysis and reporting that guide key decisions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone fluent in subscription economics who wants to help optimize and scale a high-margin recurring revenue business.
This position reports to the **Director of Finance** and is based in Carlsbad, CA.
**As the Subscription Analytics & Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to:**
+ Facilitate and track the execution of annual and long-term financial plans across both hardware and subscription lines.
