  • Proven experience as a Project Lead or Team Lead within a Stylized 3D Character Art team in a game development environment;

  • Ability to manage and review the quality of the team’s output, ensuring it meets artistic and technical standards;

  • Skills in mentoring, guiding, and resolving artistic and technical challenges within the team, as well as providing clear, constructive feedback;

  • A refined artistic eye and commitment to high-quality visual standards;

  • Comprehensive industry knowledge of current pipelines, tools, and trends;

  • Strong expertise in full-cycle character creation, including high-poly sculpting (ZBrush), SubD modeling (3ds Max/Maya), topology for animation, cloth simulation (Marvelous Designer), anatomy, UV mapping, texture baking, and texturing (Substance Painter);
