Qualifications
Strong People management skills
Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, etc.)
Artwork and repro experience – preference in packaging
Strong analytical skills and good office skills (Excel, etc.)
Esko experience would be great
Experience with quality procedures desirable
Workflow and process improvement experience
Continued improvement
