Respond promptly to fire alarm activations and follow emergency procedures.
Attend resident lock outs and provide access after verifying identity.
Complete out of hours resident check ins where required.
Respond to emergency maintenance and security issues, escalating where appropriate.

Role Summary
Student Wardens are residents who live within the development and provide an on-call emergency response service outside of normal reception hours. They play an important role in maintaining the safety, security and wellbeing of the community by responding to incidents such as fire alarms, resident lock outs, emergency check ins and other urgent situations.
