Student Support Specialist Customer Service Remote (Pakistan)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Support Specialist for Aamir Ahmer Academy .

Requirements:

Successful completion of courses from Aamir Ahmer Academy .

Proficiency in all media buying metrics and performance analysis.

Ability to guide students effectively with clear and accurate insights.

Demonstrates a positive attitude in all professional interactions.

Fluency in conversational English .

Must own a reliable laptop and maintain a stable internet connection (10Mbps – 20Mbps).

Responsibilities:

Manage and engage with academy WhatsApp groups and Facebook groups to ensure active participation and support.

Conduct daily Q&A sessions , addressing student queries and providing guidance.

Additional Information:

This is a 100% remote position.

Open to applicants from anywhere in Pakistan .

Working hours: 12 PM – 9 PM (with a one-hour break).
