Job Description

Student Support Executive Responsibilities
  • Arrange accommodations for students and coordinate airport pickup services for newly arrived students to ensure smooth transitions
  • Escort students to medical examinations and collect their student passes to support compliance with institutional requirements
  • Communicate with students via phone and email to address their questions and concerns promptly and clearly
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations and student services
Qualifications
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Demonstrate maturity and responsibility in managing student needs effectively
  • Proactively identify and address the needs of new and existing students to enhance their experience
  • Exhibit strong customer service orientation to support student satisfaction
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous
