Job Description
Student Support Executive Responsibilities
- Arrange accommodations for students and coordinate airport pickup services for newly arrived students to ensure smooth transitions
- Escort students to medical examinations and collect their student passes to support compliance with institutional requirements
- Communicate with students via phone and email to address their questions and concerns promptly and clearly
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations and student services
- Minimum secondary education
- Demonstrate maturity and responsibility in managing student needs effectively
- Proactively identify and address the needs of new and existing students to enhance their experience
- Exhibit strong customer service orientation to support student satisfaction
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous
